FIRSTLY Go into your paints highlight all the paints you used for this room. Make a folder on your desk top the name of the room. open it and in that make another folder called PAINT. Copy all the highlighted paints into that folder, make sure you have all the paints or the person you pass the room to will see ?????? all over the place.

Secondly Now this will be fun as now I will explain why I put all the MPZ in the room. In the folder on your desk top the name of the room open and make another folder called MPZ Click on the picture to see all PIC2 click on picture to see all You will see the MPZ in the room, now follow this carefully and you will find it a lot easier Start..My Computer..C:drive..moove..user/*Pav~Lana* (find your name here) Open the folder of the room, which will be hard to find as all will be numberd , if your not sure which one it is, open each to find the one you want, in it you will see all the MPZ you stacked in your room. High light all these. DRAG AND DROP IN THE FOLDER YOU MADE FOR MPZ

THIRDLY Makeing sure you have backed up your room, and after double checking all your paints and MPZ. In the folder the name of the room you have made make another folder called BACK UP. If you look at PIC2 you will see a folder called BACKUP. Open this. In it will be names of all the rooms you have used. Click on picture to see For the purpose of showing you how it looks I have used my Club. Make another folder in your folder of the name of the room you have made called BACKUP If you look at PIC2 you will see the BACKUP folder, open this Go to the room type you used ( in this case the Bungalow) Take a copy of the BACKUP (Club.RoomBackup) and place in the folder you have just made in your Named Folder.

Fourth We have made our folders for Paints MPZ Backup but how do people know what to do with them? you have to write instructions on what to do. I have copied and pasted here one of my old ones.   READ THIS FIRST There are three folders   MPZ..............are in the folder PAINTS.................All the paints needed for room BACKUP..............this holds the back up ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Room used...........ADV public Load first all the items in......................... MPZ folder Place all the paints in your Paint folder in .............Moove folder Open the BACK FOLDER (allocated folder in Moove) (C:\moove\BACKUP\SALON) Place the backup in this folder Open Rose Open the Room Creator Make one called "PAVLOVE SALON" Now for some unknown reason, I can not figure out, when I have put all the Wall Paper straight in to PAINTS, some times they smear, so if this happens please use the Room Painter And Import the jpg using the room paint, and try to match the picture I have sent, you could try to do a refresh after all are installed   BUT DELETE THE ONES IN PAINTS FIRST IF YOU HAVE PUT STRAIGHT IN THERE

Last stage Yerrrrrrrrr were nearly there, now your folder will have Instructions, ...............always say read first as the heading Paints Folder, MPZ Folder, Backup folder, Now Make a Folder name it as you wish as you see mine usally are PVL_ (name of room), place the three folders and the instructions in this one folder . Now all we have to do is ZIP it all . Now pat yourselves on your back as you have done it all, go on have that coffee break
